Our client runs a long established engineering business that receives over 200 sales emails per day, most going unresolved due to the sheer volume and complexity of the requests (extensive list of parts and numbers). We built a custom AI solution that reads inbound emails, identifies the sender, checks past order history, and tells the staff member what part the email is referring to. It rockets sales and saves hours per day in admin. Our next version will have the AI respond to emails and even call customers to confirm orders are correct.

Website To WhatsApp Instant Booking

Leads are 390% more likely to choose you if you reply them within a minute of initial contact. The average small business response time is 2 days! We helped an Electrical Contracter act within seconds, not hours or days to a website, social (or any other) lead. We built a chatbot that instantly starts a WhatsApp conversation with anyone who enquires, can chat through the service that the customer is looking for, and answer any questions. The AI then asks for preferred times, and automatically books them into an available calendar slot, alerting the business and the customer seamlessly. It gives the business a 24/7 response system and eliminates the delay that loses jobs.

AI Phone System

We developed a complete AI call handling system for a Dental Practice Manager and his team. Patients call in and the AI mimics a real team member, chatting, triaging calls, and shows live transcriptions of those calls to the team on their screen, allowing them to jump in the call live at any time. Emergencies are prioritised automatically, freeing up staff for higher value work and ensuring more calls are answered consistently. Based on average conversion values for private dental and orthodontic practices in the UK, the system has the capacity to unlock £30,000+ in additional monthly treatment revenue simply by capturing enquiries that used to fall through the cracks.

AI Powered CRM

Working with our domestic and commercial cleaning client, their challenge isn’t fulfilment of the work, but handling leads, quotes and onboarding without drowning in the process. We built them a custom CRM tailored exactly to how the team work. Now, no matter where a lead comes from: Email, WhatsApp, or for example a LinkedIn message, they can drop it straight into the system by simply speaking into their phone. The CRM captures the info, fills in the gaps and starts the process. Further, when it comes to quoting, instead of scribbling notes during a site quote or messaging themselves reminders, they just talk into their phone or tablet. The AI listens, calculates pricing, including every permutation of the job and additional costs and generates a quote. From there, it flows into their team scheduling software, their accounts software, and follow up. What used to take multiple steps, sometimes inserting the same data in 4 or more different places, and loads of frustration, now takes minutes. It’s efficient, natural, and designed for people who don’t like tech.

Cold Outreach Engine

Our client, a Mortgage Advisory service wanted more referral partners from key industry professionals in their country. We scraped and compiled a full dataset of relevant professions, then used AI to craft highly personalised cold emails. Thousands of messages were sent at scale, but each one had a tailored, human offer. A perfect example of using automation and personalisation together (along with a genuinely great offer) to create opportunities that otherwise wouldn’t exist, and connecting to referral sources, not just trying to get one customer at a time.

SaaS

We created a SaaS that solves a problem we kept hearing from trades and service based businesses: “I know I should post on social media, but I don’t know what to say.”. The website guides users through simple questions to generate ready to use posts instantly. To reduce friction even further, users can now speak their answers instead of typing, making it even easier to create content while on the go. A real world example of identifying a need, building the tool, and launching it as a SaaS product with broad potential.
